PRICING:  All pricing is subject to change without notice.  Orders will be priced according to price in effect at time of shipment.

WARRANTY:  Products sold are covered by Manufacturer's Warranties and subject to their terms.  There are NO other warranties, either expressed or implied.

FREIGHT:  Delivery is F.O.B. from warehouse by UPS or common carrier.  Any damages or shortages should be noted on the receiving freight bill and filed with the carrier.  Orders are shipped via the best possible carrier.  Other special rush handling is available upon request.  Typically deliveries are not made to PO boxes.

TAXES:  Any tax as required by law will be added to the buyer's invoice.  If tax exempt, a valid tax exemption or resale certificate must be on file.

RETURNED GOODS:  All returned merchandise must be new and unused with the exception of defective goods.  A 25% restocking charge will be applied.  All returned merchandise must be returned freight prepaid. Any product returned without authorization will NOT be credited.

INVOICING:  Please pay by invoice.  There will be a $25.00 minimum service charge on all NSF or returned checks.

TERMS OF SALE:  We prefer payment by U.S. bank issued credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Once credit is established, open account status may be applied for on these terms: 2% 10 days, net 30 days.  Discount not allowed on freight.  Any invoice which is not paid within a 30 day period shall be considered delinquent and subject to a 2% per month (24% per year) delinquency charge. If account is delinquent, any check received will be applied to oldest outstanding balance, i.e., any delinquent charges and balance applied to oldest invoice.  If delinquency charge is not paid when applicable, or if an open account exceeds 45 days, the open account status will be closed and all future orders will be made on a C.O.D. or cash in advance basis.

LIABILITY:  We assume no liability for the use or any product found in our website or sold to the customer.
